Refunds & Returns Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges, including on hats, as these are customized to order and for hygiene reasons. Please make sure your order details are correct before completing your purchase.

While we take pride in the quality of every item, we cannot accept returns for any reason once the order is processed. This includes clothing, hats, accessories, and any other merchandise purchased through our store.

Please note:

  • Customized or personalized items are non-returnable.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, items that come into direct contact with the body (like hats or apparel) cannot be refunded.
  • Damaged or faulty items must be reported immediately with proof of the issue. We will review on a case-by-case basis and provide a resolution if the problem is due to our error.

We do not accept returns sent directly to the manufacturer. Always contact us first if there’s an issue.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
