Refunds & Returns Policy

Customers in the UK can cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving their goods. To start a return, email krzofficial@outlook.com within this period.

Genuinely personalised or made-to-order items may be non-returnable only where the law allows.

Please note:

• For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the cost of return postage. Please retain proof of postage.
• If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us with proof of the issue. We will provide an appropriate remedy in line with your legal rights.
• We do not offer exchanges. For an eligible size or colour change, return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

After telling us that you wish to cancel, you have a further 14 days to return the goods. We will refund the purchase price and standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or proof that they have been sent back. Items should only be handled as they would be in a shop; we may make a deduction where an item has been used beyond this.
